A stripped oak gateleg table of traditional oval form, featuring a pair of drop leaves supported by twin gateleg supports. Raised on turned legs united by stretchers, the table displays the attractive natural oak grain and warm tones created by its stripped finish. A classic country-style piece suited to both traditional and contemporary interiors.

Good overall condition, solid and sturdy throughout. There is age-related wear including surface marks, minor scratches, knocks and historic signs of use, all consistent with age. There is a noticeable stain to the top as pictured, and a split to one side of the top. The stripped finish gives the table a light, natural appearance while retaining plenty of character. The gateleg action operates smoothly, and the table stands well.
