Once items have been purchased, we pass on your contact and delivery details to one of our trusted couriers, who will be in touch with you directly to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
The courier service is to the external doorstep, and the courier will usually deliver on their own so you will need to arrange for someone to help your end. If you require extra assistance, please contact us in advance to see if we can accommodate your needs.
Delivery can take up to 15 working days and communication from the courier can take approximately 10 days. This can sometimes take slightly longer for Scotland, however, we always aim to get in touch and deliver as soon as possible.
The delivery cost varies depending on size and weight and is indicated on each item, which covers mainland-UK addresses. This does not include and is not limited to the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles.
We do not currently offer international delivery on any of our items.
LOCAL DELIVERY CHARGES
If you are based in South Wales, please get in touch prior to ordering as we can sometimes offer discounted delivery rates.
If you are interested in multiple items to be delivered to the same address, please contact us as we can often offer reduced delivery costs.
SMALL ITEM DELIVERY
Sturdy items that measure less than 1 metre cubed (also in delivery T&Cs section) when securely packaged can be sent via post. We usually use, but are not limited to, Post Office, UPS and DPD.
We cannot guarantee that you’ll be contacted regarding a suitable time and date for delivery in this instance. However, they will leave a card for you to contact them to complete delivery should you not be home. Please contact us in advance of ordering if this is problematic.
All items are eligible for free collection, you can select this option on checkout if required. You can then contact us to let us know when you’d like to collect your item/s from our showroom at Soar Chapel, CF44 0TJ.
Over the past 5 years we have built up a trusted and reliable connection of specialist furniture couriers, who communicate well and take great care with items.
We are very particular with which couriers we’ll work with, ensuring the safest possible transit for our items – we would be just as devastated as you if something were to get damaged as these are all special antique pieces.
The courier in question would be depending on where you’re based, however all couriers we use would have gone through our rigorous selection process as mentioned above.
