RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

All items are eligible for return. However, due to the nature of the items we sell, we have a strict returns policy. 

 

Delivery costs are non-refundable. In case of a return, items must be returned to us in the same condition as delivered, and delivery is chargeable both ways. We will deduct this charge from any refund amount along with any charges for return transit damage. The customer is liable for any packaging costs to return the item, and the item should be packaged carefully to ensure the item is not damaged in transit.

 

As with the Sale of Goods Act, under the Consumer Rights Act, received goods that are faulty or damaged are eligible for return. This must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. With the nature of antique products, the condition is used, and items will not be eligible for return where dimensions and descriptions were accurate but do not fit the customer’s requirements. 

 

We highly recommend that the customer carefully reads the condition report in detail, including looking at all photos, as these form part of the product description. This includes ensuring the size will fit the desired location and that all entryways to the property are substantial enough for the item to be transferred through the property. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item if you wish to return an item, along with valid reasons for return. We urge all customers to inspect items upon delivery to ensure there are no issues and to contact us as soon as possible with any concerns.

 

Any products where requested alterations have been made are not subject to a refund.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

 

Orders are eligible for cancellation and a full refund until the point the item has been dispatched to the courier. To cancel an order, the customer must contact us as soon as possible after the order.

 

If cancellation is required once our couriers have collected the item, you will be liable for two-way delivery costs for the collection and return delivery from the courier, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

Any products where requested alterations have been made are not subject to cancellation.
