We always want our customers to be 100% happy, but in case you don’t love your purchase as we guarantee to refund any item.  Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

You have 14 day from the date you received the item to request a return. Please do this by emailing [email protected]

Shipping

Once we’ve received your refund request, we’ll get it booked in for collection with our couriers, who will be in touch directly to arrange collection details.

Please note that all returns should be sent back in the same condition you received them. You will be notified by email once your return has been received.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

When the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment minus a £85 collection and administration fee. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
