What are your OPENING HOURS?
Our showroom is currently closed due to the Covid-19 lockdown.

However, we are fully operational online and are still processing and delivering orders via our website.
Items can also be collected with prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange collection of a purchased item.

can i view items when you are closed?

We appreciate that it may not always be possible to view during our opening hours, therefore we are happy to accommodate out of hours viewings by appointment. Please get in touch to arrange.

how long will my order take?

Our standard delivery timescale is 5 – 15 working days (Scotland timeframes may be longer).

The courier will contact you in advance to arrange the delivery day/ time window, communication from the courier can take approximately 10 days, however, we always aim to get in touch and deliver as soon as possible.

do you accept offers?

We price our items competitively in the market and are therefore tight on margins. As such, we have a fixed price on our items. 

With regards to delivery, this is outsourced to our furniture courier at a fixed cost which we have previously negotiated to ensure the best price for our customers.

Based on the above, unfortunately we cannot accept offers/ offer discounts.

can i pay for speedy delivery?

As we use specalised furniture couriers, we cannot offer speedy delivery, however if you contact us prior to purchase with a request, we will try our best to arrange, however this is not always possible.

how do i arrange collection?

Collection is welcomed from our showroom at Soar Chapel, Penderyn, CF440TJ. Please notify us in advance of collection date and time and we’ll ensure your item is ready for you. For collection, just select ‘collection’ at checkout on our website.

can you put an item on hold for me until i get paid?

Due to the quick turnover of stock, we cannot hold any item without a non-refundable deposit of 25%.
