A rather pleasing Edwardian antique inlaid mahogany chest of drawers. The mahogany chest of drawers has a rectangular shaped top with a moulded edge that sits above two short over three long graduating drawers, each with decorative brass backplates with drop handles. Raised on bracket feet. Brilliant colour and patina throughout, with decorative banded detail to the front and top.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the top, front and sides (pictured). There are also minor losses and shrinkage to the inlay in places (pictured), however this doesn’t affect the overall integrity of the product. The antique inlaid mahogany chest of drawers remains structurally solid and sound, with most of the drawers running well (the bottom drawer is slightly stiff). Overall, a good Edwardian chest of drawers.

Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home!

Delivery Information

  • You will receive advance notice of a day and time for delivery within approximately 10 working days, and delivery can take up to 15 working days from order date.
  • Our delivery service is based on delivery to the property entrance. If you have additional requirements, please contact us.
    We use a single-person delivery service. Please ensure that you are available and able to assist with unloading upon delivery of your item/s.
