A 19th-century mahogany lowboy of elegant proportions, featuring fine crossbanded detailing to the top. The piece is raised on slender cabriole legs terminating in pad feet, and fitted with three drawers to the front, each with period brass handles. Features a deep, rich mahogany colour and decorative elements which give the lowboy a refined, understated appearance, making it well suited for use as a side table, dressing table or occasional table.

In good antique condition, consistent with age and use. There is some loss to the crossbanding on the top, historically repaired along with surface wear and and marks commensurate with age. The pad feet show wear, as expected on the piece of this period. General light scuffs and signs of use throughout. Structurally solid and sound, with all drawers running well.
