An attractive Victorian antique oak carved spinning chair. The antique oak spinning chair has a high backrest with decorative floral carvings with interlaced initials reading ‘C E S’. The antique oak spinning chair has a shaped seat with carved foliate decoration, raised on four turned legs. A particularly good antique chair, full of character and charm.

In excellent antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including minor age-related marks and scratches to the rear of the backrest (pictured). The antique oak spinning chair remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a great example of its kind.
