A well presented Victorian antique carved oak settle. The antique oak settle has a tall shaped backrest, with decorative carvings. The antique settle has shaped open armrests, with a solid oak hinged seat. The seat has two compartments that open to reveal a spacious storage space below. Raised on bracket feet with a beautifully carved apron. Rich colour and wonderful detailing throughout.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, minor stains and fading to the seat (pictured), further fading and marks to the arms, front and backrest (pictured). The antique carved oak settle remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a great example of a Victorian oak settle.
