An attractive set of five early 19th century antique Welsh oak farmhouse chairs. The antique Welsh oak farmhouse chairs each have stick bar backs, with solid oak seats. Each chair is raised on four square cut legs with four straight stretcher supports. Overall, a great set of five early 19th century antique chairs. Lovely colour and patina throughout.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, shrinkage splits, stains and fading to the seats (pictured), further marks, splits and fading to the legs (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. There are also some losses to the legs in places (pictured), however this doesn’t affect the overall integrity of the product. The antique Welsh oak farmhouse chairs remain structurally solid and sound, with good tight joints. Overall, a great set of five early 19th century antique chairs.
