This antique mahogany chest of drawers is in good overall condition, displaying some expected signs of age. There are noticeable surface marks, scratches, and fading on the top and sides, as well as additional marks and scratches on the front. The back shows evidence of historic woodworm, which has been fully treated as a precaution. Some areas of the veneer have experienced losses and repairs, but they do not impact the structural integrity of the piece. The chest of drawers remains solid and sound, with the drawers functioning smoothly. Overall, this is a fine example of an antique mahogany chest of drawers.
