An overly large and impressive Georgian antique oak chest of drawers. The straight front antique oak chest of drawers has an arrangement of two short over four long graduating drawers, each with brass drop handles. The large antique oak chest of drawers is raised on four bracket feet. There is a maker’s signature pencilled on the back of one of the drawers, dated 1869. Please note, this is a particularly large item so please double check the measurements before making a purchase, we believe this will not fit up a standard set of stairs.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and shrinkage to the surface top and sides (pictured). There is a minor loss to the top right back corner (pictured). The antique oak chest of drawers remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, a good example of its kind.
