An impressive and large antique 19th century mahogany bookcase. The mahogany bookcase has three adjustable shelves to each side.. To the front of the shelves is a decorative leather scallop cut trim with snowflake details.  Raised on a plinth base. The bookcase has a moulded cornice top with a brilliant colour and grain throughout.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the seat, back and legs. There is some loss to some of the stretchers, however, the oak chairs remain structurally solid and sound. A lovely example of an antique harlequin set of four oak chairs.
