Desk: An attractive Victorian antique ladies writing desk. The mahogany writing desk has a rectangular shaped top with a leather inset above three drawers. The mahogany writing desk has two pedestals with an arrangement of four drawers on each, all with wooden knobs. Raised on eight castors. The mahogany writing desk is separated into three sections for ease of transport and movement. A good quality desk with lovely colour throughout.

Chair: A particularly good vintage leather swivel captains armchair. The vintage armchair has a shaped back, with a central lathe splat and open armrests. The vintage armchair has a leather upholstered seat, with a studded edging, raised on a swivel mechanism base, with four shaped out swept oak legs. A rather pleasing example of a vintage desk chair.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the top, front and sides of the desk (pictured), also nice patina to the leather inset (pictured). There are losses to the beading at the back corner (pictured), also small patch repairs to the veneer in places (pictured). There is also surface wear to the chair in places including age-related cracking to the leather seat and armrests (pictured), also minor marks and scratches to the wooden frame and base. There is also one button missing from the top of the leather backrest (pictured). The vintage armchair remains structurally solid and sound, with the swivel mechanism working well. Overall, a good example of its kind.
