A brilliant harlequin set of four 18th century antique oak farmhouse chairs. The antique farmhouse chairs each have decorative fret cut backrests and hard oak seats. The antique farmhouse chairs are raised on square cut legs with straight stretcher supports. Although the chairs vary in size and style, they make a great set of four. Measurements taken of the largest chair.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, fading and shrinkage splits to the seats (pictured), further marks and fading to the backrests. Two of the chairs also have minor repairs to the legs, however this doesn’t affect the overall integrity of the chairs. Two out of the four chairs also have evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique oak farmhouse chairs remain structurally solid and sound. Overall, a good harlequin set.
