Georgian Oak Tilt Top Tripod Table

A well-presented antique Georgian oak tilt top tripod table. The circular oak plank top is raised on a turned pedestal with a tripod base. The top can be tilted upright when not in use to save space. A neat example.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including some age-related marks and staining to the top (pictured). The table remains reasonably solid and sturdy with some movement when the top is top. Evidence of old historic wood worm to the base – this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. Some honest repairs to the base. Overall, an attractive example of a Georgian tripod table.
