A beautiful Georgian antique settle with an upholstered seat. The antique settle has a four panelled, carved back rest, with shaped open arms. The antique settle has a multicoloured patterned upholstered seat with studded trim, which has recently been professionally reupholstered. Raised on two square legs to the back, and two shaped legs to the front. A particularly pleasing example, with decorative carved detail throughout.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches, minor marks and splits to the frame (pictured), there is also a small hole to the back rest (pictured). The upholstery has recently been professionally reupholstered and remains in perfect condition. The antique settle remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a brilliant example of a Georgian settle.
