Edwardian Antique Oak Filing Cabinet

An Edwardian antique oak filing cabinet or bank of drawers. The antique filing cabinet has a bank of sixteen fitted drawers each with brass drop handles and nameplates. The bank of drawers has panelled sides and is raised on bracket feet with a shaped apron to the front. Excellent colour and patina throughout.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and staining to the top (pictured), further marks and scratches to the sides and front. There is a small patch repair to the front (pictured), however this doesn’t affect the overall integrity of the product. The brass handles and nameplates have age-related patina (pictured). The antique oak filing cabinet remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. A particularly neat example.
