A well presented 19th century antique Windsor armchair. The antique Windsor armchair has a hoop and stick backrest, with a decorative fret cut wheel shaped central splat. The solid elm seat is raised on four spindle shaped legs with shaped stretcher supports. Beautiful colour and grain throughout.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the seat, armrests and legs (pictured), also fading to the backrest and base (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique Windsor armchair remains structurally solid and sound, with good tight joints. Overall, a good example of its kind.
