An attractive early 19th century antique Welsh oak farmhouse fireside armchair. The Welsh oak fireside armchair has a stick back and shaped open arms, with a solid angled oak seat. The antique farmhouse fireside armchair is raised on four square legs with straight stretcher supports. Brilliant colour and grain throughout.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches, slight fading and a shrinkage split to the seat (pictured), further scratches and fading to the legs and arms (pictured). The antique Welsh oak fireside armchair remains structurally solid and sound, with good tight joints. Overall, a great antique armchair.
