An amazing 19th century antique oak two stage dresser. The West Country antique oak dresser features a rack back with two fitted shelves and metal hanging hooks across the top shelf and across the underneath of the cornice. The antique oak dresser base has an arrangement of three drawers over two single door cupboards, which both open to reveal one large interior fitted with one long shelf. Complete with fixings to safely secure the top to the base.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and dents throughout the item including the front cupboards and drawers, also stains to the surface and shelves (pictured). There are a few wood splits and signs of shrinkage throughout the dresser including the cupboard doors (pictured), however this doesn’t affect the overall integrity of the product. There is evidence of historic woodworm, this is now long and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique oak dresser remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Complete with fixings to safely secure the top to the base, we also recommend securely fixing to the wall due to the item being top heavy.
