A charming 18th century antique French fruitwood drop leaf farmhouse table. The antique farmhouse table has an oblong shaped surface top with two semi circle drop leaves to either side. The drop leaves are supported by a wooden pull out arm and form a larger circular shaped table top when extended. The antique farmhouse table is raised on four square chamfered legs. A rather pleasing example, suitable to sit six to eight people comfortably. Good colour and patina throughout.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, stains, shrinkage, splits and fading to the top (pictured), further marks, scratches and splits to the base. There is evidence of historic woodworm underneath, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique drop leaf farmhouse table remains structurally solid and sound, with the drop leaves working well. Overall, a good example of an 18th century French extendable table.
