Antique Edwardian Oak Chest of Drawers with Marble Top

An Edwardian chest of drawers with a variegated marble top and matching shaped backsplash. It features two short over three long drawers, each with brass drop handles, original escutcheons, and locks. The drawer fronts have fluting. Made from solid and veneered oak, the chest stands on shaped bracket feet and has paneled sides. A practical storage piece with classic provincial style.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear including age-related marks and scratches across the piece. The marble top is removable for ease of transport. There is some fading to the sides and staining to the fronts of the drawers.
