Antique Early 20th Century Mahogany Pedestal Desk

A charming antique early 20th century mahogany pedestal desk. The pedestal desk has a rectangular moulded top, inset with a green leather top, completed with gold gilding. The antique twin pedestal desk has three crossbanded frieze drawers below the top, each with brass drop handles. The desk is raised on twin pedestals with an arrangement of six graduating drawers. Raised on a plinth base with castors. A lovely example.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. The surface top has some staining (pictured), fading (pictured) and minor splitting (pictured), however, this does not affect the overall integrity of the mahogany pedestal desk. A lovely example of its kind.
