Antique Early 19th Century Welsh Oak Dresser

A charming early 19th century welsh oak dresser. The top has moulded cornice above an open rack back of three fitted shelves, each with an arrangement of small iron hooks. This sits above a base composed of three drawers above two drawers, each with two brass handles and backplates. The oak dresser is raised on turned front legs and straight rear legs. The under-tier pot board shelf serves as a support. Comes apart in two sections for ease of transport.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. There is some staining to the under shelf (pictured) as well as to some of the shelves. There is some splitting to the surface top (pictured), overall, the oak dresser remains in great condition. A lovely example.
