A rather cute 19th century antique childs rocking chair. The antique rocking chair has a spindle back, with a central carved splat, with shaped open arms raised on turned upright supports. The child’s antique rocking chair has a solid ash seat, raised on four turned legs with two skid rockers. Please note, this is of small proportions due to being a child’s rocking chair, so please check measurements before purchasing.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the seat and central splat (pictured), also fading to the arms and backrest (pictured). The antique child’s rocking chair remains structurally solid and sound, with good tight joints. Overall, a rather adorable antique rocking chair.
