A charming antique 19th century ash and elm Windsor armchair. The antique Windsor armchair has a stick hooped back and arms, with a central fret cut splat. The antique Windsor armchair has a solid elm seat, raised on four turned out swept legs with an attractive, crinoline stretcher support. Rich colour and patina throughout.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related scratches to the seat, and fading to the arms and backrest (pictured). There has been an honest repair to the central splat (pictured). The antique Windsor armchair remains structurally solid and sound, with good tight joints. Overall, a good example of its kind.
