An attractive and charming antique ash and elm child’s Windsor rocking chair. The child’s rocking chair has a stick back with a central fret cut splat. The seat is raised on four turned legs with straight stretcher supports and skid rockers.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and fading to the seat, backrest and arms (pictured). There is further wear to the base including minor splits to the skid rockers (pictured), however this doesn’t affect the integrity of the piece. The antique child’s rocking chair remains structurally solid and sound, with good tight joints. Overall, a great example of its kind.
