In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and fading to the seat and legs (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm underneath, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. There has been an honest repair to one of the legs, however the antique captain’s chair remains structurally solid and sound, with good tight joints. Overall, a great example.
