A lovely antique 19th century pine trunk. The pine trunk has a hinged lid that opens to reveal a neat interior with a candle box. There are exposed dovetail joints to the corners, and brass drop handles to the sides for carrying. Raised on a plinth base. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related staining (pictured) and marks throughout the pine trunk. There is also some splitting to the side (pictured), however, this does not affect the overall integrity of the pine trunk. A great example.
