A well presented 19th century antique oak lambing chair. The chair features a high winged back and enclosed sides, traditionally designed to offer warmth and shelter, particularly in farmhouse settings. The solid oak frame displays good colour and grain throughout, with a deep, rich patina developed over time. The seat retains its woven base, with a loose cushion for added comfort. Raised on shaped rockers, allowing for a gentle rocking motion. A wonderful and characterful piece of country furniture, both practical and highly decorative.
