A characterful low bow front chest of drawers, perfectly proportioned for use as a window seat or low sideboard. Crafted in pine with a gently curved frontage, it retains a warm, mellow tone. The chest offers three deep drawers with recessed brass handles. Has a rounded plinth base to the front. A rare form with good presence.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. Likely originally part of a much larger piece, as evidenced by signs of it’s construction and later tongue and groove top and back. Staining to back and top but overall in good solid and sound condition.
