An antique mahogany chest of drawers with a rich, deep colour and a distinctive grain pattern. The chest features two short drawers over three long graduating drawers, all fitted with brass backplates and drop handles. The piece is supported by out-swept bracket feet with a shaped apron.

In good antique condition throughout, with expected signs of age and use. There is surface wear in places, including age-related marks and scratches. The top shows areas of staining and some minor loss. Additional scratches are visible to the sides, along with some splitting to the moulded edges. Despite these imperfections, the chest remains solid and sturdy.
