An attractive 18th century antique fruitwood and oak chair. The antique chair has a fruitwood splat back rest with a solid oak seat. The 18th century antique chair is raised on four square legs, with straight stretcher supports. The fruitwood and oak antique chair has plenty of character and charm, with lovely patina throughout. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.

n good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the seat and legs (pictured). There is also age-related shrinkage to the seat (pictured). There is evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. There have also been two honest repairs to the legs (pictured). The antique chair remains structurally solid and sound, with good tight joints. Overall, a good example that is a little worn in places but still has the authentic charm.
