An antique rocking chair, of small proportions. The antique rocking chair has a spindle backrest with a decorative fret cut central splat. The antique rocking chair has a cane seat, and is raised on four shaped legs with two skid rockers. An attractive piece, with great antique charm. Please note, the seat height is of lower proportions than standard, so please double check the measurements before purchasing.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and staining/fading to the wooden frame (pictured). The chair remains structurally solid and sound with a good honest repair to the central splat (pictured). Some evidence of old historic woodworm, however, this is long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution.
