A delightful vintage oxblood red leather Chesterfield library chair with matching footstool, in the Victorian style. The vintage Chesterfield chair has a spoon shaped back, with a red leather buttoned backrest and arms, with gold studded edging. The matching footstool has a red leather buttoned top, raised on four wooden cabriole legs.

In good vintage condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, minor scratches and very minor signs of cracking to the leather in areas (pictured). Further marks, scratches and wear can be seen on the wooden legs on both the footstool and chair (pictured), but doesn’t affect the integrity of the products. The vintage Chesterfield and stool remain structurally solid and sound. Overall, a great matching set. Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home! We ask that you take the time to look at all the photos as they form part of the description and condition report of the item.
