Early 19th Century Oak Pot Board Dresser

An early 19th century oak and fruitwood pot board dresser. The upper section of the oak pot board dresser consists of a moulded cornice above a three shelf rack back, each with old iron hanging hooks. The pot board dresser base has three fitted drawers, each with decorative brass drop handles, and an under tier shelf or pot board. The dresser is raised on square, stile feet with turned supports to the front. Separates into two pieces for ease of transport and movement.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, splits and stains to the surface top (pictured) and pot board shelf (pictured). The oak pot board dresser remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. The dresser comes apart in two sections for ease of transport.
