In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and stains to the shelves (pictured). There is minor evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. There are losses to the decorative edging on the bottom section (pictured). The antique oak bookcase remains structurally solid and sound. Overall, a clean example.
