In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and minor dents to the top, drawer fronts and sides (pictured). There is further wear to the top, including stains and shrinkage (pictured). There is also a small split to the bottom back corner (pictured) however this doesn’t affect the integrity of the product. The antique oak filing cabinet remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, a good example. Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home! We ask that you take the time to look at all the photos as they form part of the description and condition report of the item.
