An elegant antique walnut Davenport desk. The antique walnut Davenport desk has a small compartment to the top with a sloped black leather writing surface, which opens to reveal a neat interior, consisting of two small drawers. To the right-hand side is a lockable cupboard, which opens to reveal a bank of four fitted drawers, each with recessed brass handles. The antique Davenport desk has decorative carved front corbels and is raised on four castors. Beautiful marquetry inlay throughout. Complete with working lock and key.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches and minor losses to the veneer (pictured), also stains to the interior compartments (pictured). The antique walnut Davenport desk remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, a good example of its kind. Complete with working lock and key.
