A good quality early 20th century antique oak kneehole desk or pedestal desk. The antique oak desk has a large top with an inset green painted writing surface. The desk has five fitted drawers, two pull out work spaces, and a tambour fronted cupboard. The antique oak kneehole desk can be separated for ease of transport and movement and is reassembled with a few screws.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, and staining to the oak frame (pictured). The inset writing surface has further wear including marks and small gouges in places (pictured). The desk remains structurally solid and sound with the drawers running well. There is a working lock and key for the tambour front cupboard. The drawers to the left hand side pedestal automatically lock when the central drawer is closed. Small smalls drilled into the back of one pedestal (pictured). Neat and clean throughout. Of good proportions.
