An attractive early 20th century antique oak desk chair or office chair. The antique oak desk chair has a spindle back with bentwood arms. The chair is raised on turned front legs with turned front stretchers. The desk chair has a plywood seat. Finished with a fresh coat of natural wax.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks and scratches to the seat and arms (pictured). The seat has been replaced/altered at some point in time and is now a plywood seat. There is a crack to the back of the seat that has been repaired with an old iron brace (pictured). The antique oak desk chair remains structurally solid and sound. A rather attractive example. Our carpenter inspects, repairs, and restores our items, so you can have full confidence that what you buy from us is ready for your home! We ask that you take the time to look at all the photos as they form part of the description and condition report of the item.
