The most wonderful antique chess table. The lacquered antique chess table has decorative mother of pearl inlay throughout and is raised on a turned pedestal. The pedestal sits on a tripod base with castors. The table has a tilt top operated by a brass catch to the underside of the top. A truly beautiful piece of antique furniture.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including some minor age-related marks to the top and to the pedestal base (pictured), but overall, the antique chess table remains in good condition. The table remains structurally solid and sound with the tilt top operating well. A special piece of antique furniture.
