An elegant 18th century antique oak chest of drawers. The antique oak chest of drawers has a two plank top, with a decorative moulded frieze. The 18th century antique chest has a central cupboard flanked by an arrangement of four small drawers, over three long graduating drawers, each with brass drop handles. Raised on bracket feet. A particularly pleasing antique chest of drawers with plenty of character.

In good antique condition throughout with some signs of age. There is surface wear in places including age-related marks, scratches, shrinkage, splits and stains to the surface top (pictured), further splits to the side panels (pictured). The drawer fronts have had some honest repairs (pictured). There is minor evidence of historic woodworm, however this is now long gone and has been fully treated as a precaution. The antique oak chest of drawers remains structurally solid and sound, with the drawers running well. Overall, a good example of 18th century furniture.
