In good antique condition overall, with signs of age visible in the photos. Surface wear is present, including age-related marks and scratches throughout. There is some loss to the back and under-tier shelf, as well as wear to the block feet. Staining is visible on the surfaces, and splitting can be seen in the plate rack. The piece will require securing to the wall for stability. These signs of wear are consistent with the age and use of a 19th-century Welsh oak dresser. The antique Welsh oak pot board dresser remains structurally solid and sound, with drawers that run smoothly. It separates into two pieces for ease of transport and movement. Overall, a good example of a 19th-century antique dresser.
